Divide & Conquer – small groups change everything

Celebrating diversity and culture is a way of life in Australia. We are after all a multi-national country, with people from over 100 nations in mass, calling this land home. No worries!

But when laws in this country are changed to suit the minority groups who have an objection to something, that is wrong. There is over 20 million citizens on this continent, and not all of them have an equal say in the policies of the government we vote in. Reason being, the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

If you object to the way we sing our national anthem, just complain, because before long, I’m sure the government will listen, and start playing all the national anthems of all countries one after the other to keep everyone happy.

There are some fundamental ways of life in Australia, that were in place before certain groups came to this country, and to change them to suit a small number of outspoken people is strange considering the amount of others who are adversely affected by the change and yet don’t have a say in the matter.

Moral of the story, divide and conquer.
