Construction Madness

I am not sure where this building was built, however it makes you wonder what the quality of the rest of the building would be like. They decided that street lamps where not removable, or it was vital that that particular lamp stayed put. Instead of removing it and relocating it somewhere else. No! that would be using that organ stuck up in the skull. Instead, build a balcony around it, thus creating a safety hazard as people could fall down the hole in their floor. Not to mention when they cut the hole, they stuffed that up too! its too big towards the back. No use trying.

However the guy with the third story balcony will be laughing everytime he enjoys a beer on his completed ledge. Lucky barstard.
