No Name or Brand Name
When you shop for your weekly groceries, do you choose based on price, quality, visual appeal or a range of other factors? Well its different for all of us, and I choose depending on the need for quality. For instance I cannot use single ply no name toilet paper. My view on that is simple, if your wiping your arse with anything it best be multiple layers and soft as silk. The same rules apply with toothpaste, the no name brands may have cleaning qualities, but do they do the same job as the big brands? Not worth the risk, its your teeth after all. You can apply this logic to plenty of everyday necessities, like paracetamol.
Now there are the items that don't really matter, for intense, flour and sugar. Who really knows the difference when were talking about such a baseline produced product? Brand names can set you back another 40% on these items, so therefore that money down the drain.
You ever tried those certain no name branded foods that just taste awful no matter how good the saving is. Stick to my rule above and you'll be fine, buy the stuff you want branded, and the stuff you don't care about un-branded.
For you ladies, imagine using no name tampons, do you really think they would do the job, or for the men no name condoms, think they will stop you having a child?
